THE SMALL PRINT

Campaign terms

Everything you need to know before opening an envelope.

A new week. Another golden envelope.

One entry per email each Monday–Sunday, in +00:00. Rewards depend on approved stock; a particular reward is not guaranteed. Your previous tickets stay valid until their use-by dates.

New entries are currently closed. You can still retrieve an existing ticket.

How rewards are allocated

When you verify your weekly entry, the system randomly selects a reward from approved stock available for that week, using configured selection weights. Rewards need not have equal selection chances. There is no end-of-week draw. You cannot choose your reward. If no eligible stock remains, no ticket is issued.

1. Organiser
The campaign is organised by Harris Consultancy. Contact: hello@harris-consultancy.co.uk | 01844 617301.

2. Who can enter
You must be aged 18 or over. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per email address per campaign. You must verify an email address you control. Individual offers may have additional eligibility or location requirements, which are shown with the offer. Shops, local services and online businesses serving the community may participate after approval by Harris Consultancy.

3. Entry dates
Entries open on 7 Oct 2026 and close at the end of 24 Dec 2026, using the website’s configured timezone. Verification must be completed while entries are open.

4. How golden envelopes work
After email verification, the system selects from the enabled rewards that still have stock. Selection uses configured relative weights, so rewards need not have equal chances and chances change as stock is claimed. Entry does not guarantee a particular prize, discount or minimum value. When reward stock has run out, an envelope may contain a festive message instead. Reopening an envelope does not create a new entry or change an issued reward.

5. Rewards and local offers
The available reward descriptions, quantities, conditions, providing businesses and expiry dates will be published before entry opens. Read the conditions for the reward or offer you choose to use, including any booking, minimum-spend, service-area or availability restrictions. Public local offers are separate from golden-envelope rewards and may have different dates.

6. Using your ticket
Golden tickets must normally be used by 28 Feb 2027, unless the issued ticket states a different date. Your result and ticket are shown on screen immediately after verification. Present the unique code to the named business when booking, ordering or redeeming. Tickets have no cash alternative and are for the named reward; they are not transferable unless the reward terms allow it. Each code can be redeemed once. Contact Harris Consultancy if you have a problem with a ticket or its provider.

7. Fair participation
Do not create false identities, use addresses you do not control, automate entries or attempt to redeem a ticket more than once. Harris Consultancy may investigate misuse and decline fraudulent participation. If an error affects a reward, contact us so we can resolve it fairly.

8. Christmas cards and privacy
Card links are unlisted, but anyone who receives a link can view the card. Do not include sensitive information or content you do not have permission to share. Cards and campaign records are subject to the retention period in the campaign privacy notice. Marketing choices are optional, separate from entry, and can be withdrawn at any time.

9. Questions and your rights
Please contact Harris Consultancy using the details above about eligibility, accessibility, rewards or complaints. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
